With three residential New York City campuses and locations around the world, St. John’s offers quality academics, high-tech resources, dynamic study abroad options and varied service opportunities.

The 96.5-acre Queens, NY , campus features broad lawns, modern facilities and beautiful residence halls. The 17-acre Staten Island, NY , campus combines small-college charm with BIG EAST resources. St. John’s award-winning Manhattan campus is near the famed Financial District. St. John’s also has campuses in Oakdale, NY , and Rome, Italy , with a learning center in Paris, France .

Students come from 45 states and 122 countries. They pursue more than 100 programs leading to associates, bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees in six divisions: St. John’s College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, The School of Education, the College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions, the College of Professional Studies , The Peter J. Tobin College of Business and a School of Law .

Catholic and Vincentian, St. John’s enriches students’ education with Academic Service-Learning. Through these course-related volunteer activities, students gain confidence by assisting those in need. Strengthening its mission, St. John’s recently created VISA — the Vincentian Institute for Social Action — a broad framework of programs that empower students and faculty to combat global poverty through teaching, research and service.

Service also is a focus of St. John’s Global Studies programs. Discover the World allows students to earn 15 credits in three foreign cities in one semester. Students also can spend a semester, winter or summer break living, learning and serving in locations throughout Europe , Asia and Latin America .

Of course, students also benefit from St. John’s 180 clubs, organizations, honor societies and active Campus Ministry along with Division I, BIG EAST men’s and women’s athletics.
